  12. Magic Swiss-Draw v2.33 is designed for managing Competitive Card Game
  13. tournaments using the Swiss pairing method. Bridge is not supported.
  14.  
  15. Highlights:

  17. Configurable scoring system with the DCI Standard scoring and
  18. tiebreakers as the default, options for pairing including match win
  19. pairing and options for table assignment alternatives, pre-registration,
  20. single and double tournaments, cut, single-elimination playoff,
  21. reporting from sanctioned tournaments, support for rating
  22. adjusting tournaments, MRS ranking system compatible, player performance
  23. certificate and many features.

  29. The Windows 95 runtime modules are not included.

  31. If the program does not run on your system please do the following:

  33. From simtelnet or shareware.com download MRS122.ZIP
  34.  
  35. If VB40032.DLL is not installed on your system you have to download this file too
  36. (available from simtelnet as vb40032.zip) and unzip it to Windows\System.
  37.  
  38. Unzip mrs122.zip and run Setup. Now the runtimes are installed and you can start msd233
  39. (and you may have a look at mrs122 too).

  41. When the program is running please use a couple of minutes with the on-line ReadMe.

  43. Versions in german and french will soon be available.
