Short ReadMe
============
Magic Swiss-Draw v2.33 is designed for managing Competitive Card Game
tournaments using the Swiss pairing method. Bridge is not supported.
Highlights:
Configurable scoring system with the DCI Standard scoring and
tiebreakers as the default, options for pairing including match win
pairing and options for table assignment alternatives, pre-registration,
single and double tournaments, cut, single-elimination playoff,
reporting from sanctioned tournaments, support for rating
adjusting tournaments, MRS ranking system compatible, player performance
certificate and many features.

Installation:
The Windows 95 runtime modules are not included.
If the program does not run on your system please do the following:
From simtelnet or shareware.com download MRS122.ZIP
If VB40032.DLL is not installed on your system you have to download this file too
(available from simtelnet as vb40032.zip) and unzip it to Windows\System.
Unzip mrs122.zip and run Setup. Now the runtimes are installed and you can start msd233
(and you may have a look at mrs122 too).
When the program is running please use a couple of minutes with the on-line ReadMe.
Versions in german and french will soon be available.

If you would like to register the full version please send a message in order to receive a
personalized copy.
The shareware fee is US$100 for a full version supporting up to 998 players, free upgrades sent
by email and email hotline service.
